I don't usually write reviews but Ray has been such a good realtor for me in the purchase of my recent home that he deserves a lot of praises. I've dealt with a couple good realtors in the past but Ray is just on another level. He gave me a lot of great advice about the market and was never pushy in my long process. I felt that he had my best interest in mind the entire time especially during the bidding war phase in this hot market. Whenever he didn't have an answer to something he would find out the answer and get back to me right away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a realtor. Had a great experience and I feel more knowledgeable as a result now.

My family was looking to upgrade from our condo, and Ray was very timely in providing us options for our next property. There was a pre-sale option in which Ray drove the urgency for us to act right away, sign the paperwork,  and get things in order. In a span of a week we've locked in our new home. Ray is also very diligent in keeping us updated on the status of our new home, always answering our questions thoroughly.
